This E.R. Wagner plate caster has a phenolic resin wheel, a flat base with holes for bolting or welding to an object, and a swivel design to allow movement with a 360-degree change in direction. The plate caster's wheel consists of a black phenolic resin infused and reinforced with macerated fabric for a very hard tread with a 102 Shore E hardness. It rolls with ease, is quieter than a steel wheel, protects floors, and is resistant to impact and most acids. The recommended operating temperature range is -45 to 300 degrees F.
